LB Locks and Security Inc. offers optional service-related SMS messages to customers who have expressly consented. Messages may include locksmith and security service inquiries and follow-ups, appointment scheduling and confirmations, estimates, scheduling coordination, service requests, service updates, and related customer-service communications.

Customers may provide verbal consent during telephone calls or in-person conversations with our representatives. Before requesting consent, our representative identifies LB Locks and Security Inc., explains the types of messages, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and how to opt out by replying STOP or obtain assistance by replying HELP.
Customers must explicitly agree to receive SMS messages. Our representative records the customer’s verbal consent, date, time, and consent method in our customer relationship management (CRM) system before sending consent-dependent messages.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Requesting an appointment, estimate, or service alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

Message frequency varies depending on your service requests and interactions with our business. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out Instructions
